I have become an authorized photographer in SmartMLS’s Photographer Network. This means I am able to log into the Matrix system with my own login credentials and upload photos and virtual tours on your behalf (should you authorize me to do so).

This is a HD video tour of the property. This is a more detailed, in-depth tour, presented with background music. Tours highlight standout features of the home, such as upscale pantries, high-end appliances, hardwood floor designs, moldings, hardware, columns, water features, etc. Perfect for an average sized home or luxury property.
The video includes background music, and will showcase the house and property. If the Aerial Video Service is added, the area around the property will also be included in the video.

If you have to cancel or reschedule the day due to adverse weather conditions, we will not charge the cancellation fee. Just try to warn in advance to prevent the photographer from making the trip unnecessarily.
If the cancellation is made before 24 hours, there will be no fee. If the cancellation is made when the appointment is less than 24 hours, a 5% fee will be charged.
The Aerial Service will always be performed by pilots authorized by the FAA (Part 107). For this reason, if the weather conditions or the authorization for the flight area are not safe, the Aerial Service will be rescheduled without charging fees. And if the pilot arriving at the site realizes that the conditions are not safe for the flight, the appointment will be rescheduled without any fees.
